This one-bedroom condo captures that same ease with naturally lit interiors, a wraparound private balcony, and a layout that gives two guests more room than you might expect: two full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and dedicated spaces for both rest and real work.

The space
Bright and considered, the condo is built around comfort. Central air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep the temperature steady, while room-darkening shades mean you can sleep in when the city has had its way with your schedule. The dedicated workspace - set in its own room with a door - makes this a practical choice for remote workers or anyone mixing a New Orleans trip with professional obligations. A smart TV and fast Wi-Fi (241 Mbps, verified by speed test) keep you connected and entertained, with an Ethernet connection also available for a reliable wired setup.

Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom accommodates two guests with a king bed dressed in fresh linens, alongside clothing storage and hangers for settling in over a longer stay. Two full bathrooms remove the usual morning coordination - one guest ready while the other sleeps in. Towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided throughout.

Kitchen & dining
A chef’s kitchen stocked for genuine use: electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, baking sheet, cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. Coffee and a coffee maker are on hand to get your morning started. A dining table provides a proper sit-down spot for meals in.

The wraparound private balcony is a natural pause point - coffee in the morning, a glass of wine come evening, the Garden District street below doing its thing. A smart lock enables self check-in on your own schedule, and cleaning is available during your stay on request.
