BED BUGS, Dirty rooms, key cards broke at least 8 times while we were there. Will not be back. Staff fought us when we asked for extra towels. Will not be back

Great place for the price, did not disappoint

This is obviously an older property, but they have gone to great effort to make sure it is clean. The town itself is a little sketch, but this place was very safe. I was making a long drive with a van full of expensive gear. I felt safe, my vehicle full of stuff was safe. Sheets were nice, room was clean and exactly what I needed. Staff was beyond nice and accommodating.

The customer service wasn’t good, my A/C in my room didn’t work properly. The bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned, there were strings of someone’s hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor.

My family and I spent one night at this hotel, and we loved it! It was clean and a nice getaway that was a 30 or so minute drive from New Orleans. Overall, It was a great stay and we will be back to stay here again!
