It doesn't look like much but it was a great stay! Air conditioning worked great. Room was clean. Great shower pressure. The little food mart outside the gas station in front is awesome! Really couldn't ask for more. Great value for the money.

I love this hotel newly renovated and absolutely beautiful and well kept, you can tell the owners employees and staff take a lot of pride in this property.. honestly a gem in the area. Personally my favorite property to stay in new orleans.

The room was very clean but basic. No breakfast or coffee or even a coffee pot in the room. It is in a bad area but it is completely gated and I felt very safe. It’s a no frills place but dependably clean. I would stay here over most other hotels under $125.

Room was mostly clean and updated, it’s a simple remodeled motel (with an RV park attached), gated, and was perfect for what we needed! 8.5/10 for a dirty shower curtain and the fact that it’s just a simple, cheap motel. Staff were very nice and helpful.
