I ordered 2 non smoking rooms and was put in smoking rooms. The bed sheets had blood, stains, hair. Concrete stairs are damaged and big chunk of the stair is missing. The railing on the second floor is tilted and has big gaps. The facility is a big hazard with an accident waiting to happen. We checked in like 12am so i didnt feel like going to office to complain we just wanted to go to sleep. In the morning when i was checking out I informed the front desk of the bloody sheets and putting me us smoking rooms, I didnt get an apology or nothing they just said they would "let them know"
