Clean comfortable room. Efficient and friendly staff. Good location off interstate. Seemed like safe parking— well lit and no problems for us. Good breakfast with plenty of protein options—eggs, sausage, gravy, boiled eggs, yogurt as well as biscuits and gravy, cereal, waffles and muffins.

I had my small dog with me. The carpet in the room was torn up, a drawer was missing from the dresser, the door to the cabinet that held the fridge was broken, every time you sat on the toilet, it sounded like it was going to fall apart. The dog walking area was in the back of the building, totally unsafe. Guest with a flashlight...really? I feel like I was given the worst room on the property because I had my dog. Dont offer yourself up as "pet friendly" if this is how you are going to treat guests and charge them a fee for it!

I don't know how this place gets the high ratings. The staff was wonderful, everyone helpful and friendly. But, this hotel is tired and old and really just gross. The beds have no blankets on them (sheets only), chairs are heavily stained, bags of trash are laying in the hallways, walls are missing paint, elevators have trash in them, carpeting is ripped and frayed. The television showed pixeled video, and I woke up with red bites all over my body (bed bugs??). The hallways have a strange odor. The only reason we stayed here is because of the pet policy, but, it seems that will cheaper pet policies, you get more ghetto hotel options. SKIP IT.

I ordered a disabled room since I'm an amputee. I was given room #307. When the elevator opened on the 3rd floor I was hit with a musty smell. When we entered our room the smell was 4x worse. I figured that the room would clear up when I turned on the A/C. After staying in the room for 4 hours I couldn't take it any longer. At 1 in the morning my wife suffered an asthma attack. We went down stairs and the night clerk got us into room 208 it was musty but bearable. The whole hotel needs to be gone through and the mustiness needs to be abated. This place is a future lawsuit waiting to happen.

Your staff are exceptional and the room was clean. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning and the coffee all day! Everyone I spoke with was kind and very helpful. The hotel itself is a bit worn and is showing its age. I did find the air "fresheners" at the hotel entry to be very overpowering and the room itself was also a bit too strong.

Front desk staff (Belinda I think) was fantastic. Super kind. The room had an odor and everything felt a bit damp and musty. If it wasnt so late at night, I would have asked for another room. Breakfast was warm and the staff member over that kept things fresh ans the space clean.
