The hotel needs alot of updating. The tub was peeling. So kids cant take a bath. The breakfast was very little and so many people in line for o e waffle maker. Was not worth the wait at all.

Overall experience here was very poor. Check in lines were long even after 4:00. Everyone checking in was frustrated at the difficulty and wait to check in due to the noisy crowd filling the lobby. The elevators were very small, dirty and slow. We thought the doors were not going to open when the elevator stopped. The bathrooms in our room were dirty. Bathtub liner was peeling, leaving bits in the tub while trying to bathe my kids... While getting ready in the morning we saw at least 2 roaches crawling on the bathroom walls. We got out of that room as fast as possible after that and checked out too disgusted to even think about eating breakfast there. The front desk removed parking fees, that I never expected to have to pay anyways. I had to ask for some other discount giving the very poor experience we had here. Still waiting on refunds to process....

Service was appalling. No one smiles or says hello as they walk around. Building needs a lot of work and it wasn’t very clean. I took a shower because the bath was a mess. We were supposed to stay two nights and left after one. La Quinta are usually our go to but this hotel puts the brand to shame

The bathroom, specifically the bathtub, was dingy with paint peeling off of the tub. On our second morning, the hotel lost electricity in the rooms. We were without electricity for several hours and were told they did not have an estimated time for when it would be back up and running. When we checked out, the electricity was still out.

The breakfast altogether was not much. The staff was working hard but the food was sent in small portions compared to the big line. Our room bath and shower drain did not drain. The room door entrance did not close on its own so we had to pull the door to close properly behind us. The room we ordered was to hae 2 queens instead we got 2 twins with a dip in the middle on both beds. The rooms had odd smells to it.

I will not stay here again

The front desk reception was great but the toilet overflow and the tub was stopped up when we took a shower only 2 lamps were working in the room no extra toilet paper the down button on the elevator didn’t light up they charged there guest 12 dollars a night for parking I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Check-in process was smooth. That was the only highlight. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired: *No working phones so you can't call the front desk. *No remote for the tv, but was provided one. However, was warned that it may not work. *Only conditioner available *Tub was peeling and temperature of water was difficult to set. *After a while, only hot water available from the sink. Heard other customers asking for room changes so didn't bother because the gentlemen at the front desk was doing the best he could. It didn't seem like he had any other help for a while.

I did not like the hotel was dark outside. There were no exterior lights and was a safety concern coming/going at night. The room was not cleaned and bathroom had hair in the sink. There was no compensation for these concerns that was brought to supervisor’s attention.
