Great location! Felt actually very safe if you’re more used to a bigger city and what comes with that. Staff was so great and although the desk isn’t manned 24/7 they were very helpful, informative and available. Nice little clean room, surprisingly quiet. Walkable to EVERYTHING. Right by the trolley line. Bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve had at any stay in a long time. Nice big blackout panels and curtains to help you hide away from the sun and nurse your hangover. Will stay again, highly recommend.

My room was clean, however i was the 'do not disturb' sign didnt work during my stay; i was interrupted twice. Although I was met with an apology the first time, the second time I was not. Even so, overall, it was a pleasant stay. This is why I give it a four star review.

The room and the little courtyard where our room was were very lovely! Just a little efficiency apartment with a very comfy bed and a clean bathroom. The ac unit was good enough, wish it stayed on consistently but can't complain too much. Even when my digital key stopped working, calling the front desk was easy and they sent someone out to give me a physical key within minutes. Don't bother renting a vehicle, you are minutes away from 2 parks, Bourbon St, and the French Market. Even the aquarium is a 20 minute walk along the river walk which is gorgeous.Loved staying here and would absolutely do it again!

I have been to New Orleans many times and this was my first time staying at the Inn on St Ann. I wouldn’t stay here again to be honest. The staff was very nice, but the property and room leaves much to be desired. I know NOLA hotels are older in general, but our room was just a bit unpleasant. It was surprising because our family was staying at their sister hotel, Inn on St Peter and it was decent. Our room was near the front desk and courtyard, which was damp and dirty, which tracked into our room. We woke up to our toilet leaking the last day of our stay as well. My advice would be to splurge for somewhere a little bit nicer!
