Booked this hotel for a quick two night stay to take my two littles (5&6) to the zoo and aquarium and just have a fun thanksgiving. We ended up getting on the road late due to a family pet passing away earlier that day. Otw down to New Orleans I called to let them know my check in time. Was told that was fine but that we’d have to pay for street parking and pay for it through the night because their valet was full and then in the morning we could try and get a valet spot. Finally got to the hotel and our room was not that clean, and was cold. Heat didn’t work all night and no one at the front desk answered the phone. The next morning when I spoke to the hotel staff about the issue all they offered was to send a space heater to our room. (They said the heat didn’t work in our room) We checked out and stayed else where for the remainder of our trip.

We enjoyed our stay at St.Pierre. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very charming. This was one of our favorite places to stay in New Orleans and we will definitely be back. Excellent location. Close to everything!
