his is the review i left on the hotel. "The staff was the best part of the stay. The room however was a disappointment. It was clean and tidy for sure, however for the premium price that was charged you expect a premium product. Here's a few suggestions. 1. A bathroom heater. The tile, although it is nice to look, at it is atrocious to stand on when it is ice cold! 2. You need to make sure the phone's work. You cannot call the front desk. I tried from the room and from my phone. All you get is the reservation line. Thanks but I've already booked my stay can I talk to the help?! 3. Invest in a luxurious bed for goodness sakes you are charging luxurious prices. 4. The bedding, Ditto! Did you get the blankets from the military surplus? For real people. The location is great but step up the game on the rest, or charge less. Your product does not reflect the price. I want to say one more time that the staff was great, this is not a reflection on them."

Very clean. Great staff that helped out with water, directions to places, and anything we needed for the room. My only complaint was the walls are thin and I could hear other rooms, but not a deal breaker. PERFECT location.

The staff was amazing. The room.....3 and a half flights up-no elevator-felt like an afterthought. Hey lets turn this utility closet into a room. We hit our heads on the low ceilings and weird angles too many times to count. Parking was ok until we needed to leave and access gate was pad locked and nobody seemed to have the combination, finally after two staff members frantically tried, a 3rd showed up from neighboring hotel and worked the lock, mind you this was 10 in the morning, not some middle of the night request to exit.

Room was fine. Bathroom was WAY TOO Small. I could barely fit in the water closet. It took nearly 10 minutes for the hot water to heat up. Decent location.

Room is small but quaint. Gives you that New Orleans vibe. Perfectly located for walking. Check in person super friendly and helpful. Walked us to our room & helped with our bags. Offered us a bottle of water which we gladly accepted.

Clean Room. Excellent Location, will definitely stay here again due to location alone. The hotel's parking lot is very small though (maybe 10 spots or less). We were lucky it was a slower time, or I'm sure we wouldn't have been able to get one of the spots.

The balcony view was ok - it was too an internal courtyard - so the view was doors to other rooms and a small fountain. The bathroom was small with no counter space. My room was on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators but they carried my bags up and down, which was great!

The room was ridiculously tiny. The bathroom was built in what used to be a closet. There was no chest of drawers or bureau for us to unpack. I absolutely detest living out of a suitcase. There was no decent closet either. There was not enough outlets to plug-in what we needed to charge.

Outside street noise comes through the windows very loudly. Located next to a school. Bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. The jets on the tub were dirty and pumped out junk when turned on. Water was only warm not hot. Tub has to run for 5 minutes beforehand to get shower to be waem and not cold. Found someone else's dirty underwear under the bed when packing our room.
