This was my first impression with this location, and Unfortunately, it was a bad one. Hotel was short on staff and linen. Therefore my party and I waited about 2 hrs after we had gotten there, around 3:30, after check-in time, to get a key to our room. Staff offered to leave our luggage with them due to our reservations for city activities, but we did not wish to leave pur luggage alone, or potentially loose updates on our check-in. We had to opt to cancel our reservations for city activities. This is very Unfortunate as we only had a day in the city and part of the day was waiting to get a key to our room.

Heard that there were spiders or rodents in certain other rooms. The extra charge for a breakfast that ended up being served leftover from the previous Buffett, I felt very mislead. Also a little ripped off.

Only there for a few hours sleep. All was fine. I look for hotels with EV chargers. This hotel advertised EV chargers onsite but they are “decommissioned because they were stolen”. That statement made me feel concerned about even having the vehicle parked there overnight. But it was fine.

Check in was super easy! Room and bathroom pretty clean. There were no trash bags in the cans. I’m sure they would have supplied it if we called. But it was late when we got back in and didn’t feel like calling. But overall we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again.
