The elevators were dirty and not mopped the entire 4 nights I was there. I had reservations a few weeks in advance but had to wait 3 hours for room to be ready. It was 7 pm before I could check in.

Shuttle service was available to pick us up after returning our rental car to the offsite facility on the afternoon we checked in. however they didn’t write our name down for the next morning shuttle to the airport after confirming the time we should leave. Staff was unresponsive to our needs. Room was not ready at check-in, waited over an hour. The wifi was down and they didn't care to do anything about fixing it, it was just a matter of resetting. No one was at the desk when we wanted to check out.

Our room was the last room on the first floor next to the exit door. Not only did we hear the door bang for hours but music from the new bar next door made the night sleepless. We caught a 4:00 AM shuttle to the airport after a sleepless night. The staff was great and the property fine except for the noise.

Good location from airport, nice spacious rooms, very friendly staff, very clean and inclusion of free breakfast added bonus! Only slight complaint was the air con unit in our room seemed very old and was very loud which was not ideal, given we were tired from travels we were able to sleep and block this out but others may not have been able to.
