We had a wonderful stay at the Haunted Hotel and Christina could not have been more hospitable!! She had the room warm and comfortable for our late arrival. Her directions for entering the property were excellent and included videos. We really enjoyed the courtyard and overall the hotel was very quiet and relaxing while being a short walk from the heart of the action in the French Quarter. The old building had so much character and charm. We loved our stay.

It was great distance from bourbon street and the heart of the french quarter. Walked to anywhere we needed to go. Great staff. We were late arriving die to flight and they were accomodating as well as late to leave due to a luggage malfunction. Air conditioner worked well and very clean room and courtyard.

The location is great. The staff is great. The bathroom was very modern and renovated. The kitchenette in the room was nice. The courtyard was charming. The bed was horrible. Very uncomfortable. I would recommend the update their bedding., we enjoyed our stay.

We feel it was our best stay yet in the French Quarter-and we have been going at least twice a year since 2017. Perfect location-able to walk anywhere in the French Quarter easily. The room was delightful-especially the painting of the axe man on the wall.The room was clean and comfortable.The grounds were decorated for Halloween-nice courtyard to hang out in. What set this hotel apart, mostly was the customer service from Christina. Never have we had someone call from any of the hotels before we arrived-we always had to call them. She informed us our room was actually ready early in the morning. She was there to greet us and walk us to the room-let us know she felt the air conditioning didn't feel quite right-and that someone was coming to fix it. Absolute professional, kind, and honestly cared about us. We will be back.

Great stay at the Haunted Hotel

The staff was so friendly and helpful. We loved the location and the atmosphere. It was just as expected. We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go and Bourbon Street was only a couple blocks away.
