The people were awesome but for what they were charging per night, the property should be in better shape. When you are paying over 200/ night, I expect the property to be in excellent shape and it's not. When you come in the front door, it's beautiful but when you get to the 2nd floor hallway, it looks totally different and needing to be cleaned and repaired. The room was very clean and nice but they only gave us 2 sets of towels for 4 people and i did ask for more and they did bring them up but only 1 more set. I'm happy at I keep extra towels in my car.

Very clean room with the best staff. When I arrived, I was told that I didn’t have a reservation booked and I showed the clerk my confirmation I called customer service and an hour later we were able to get a room. The entire town had no vacancies. Needless to say it was a horrible experience. Won’t be using your service again and will let my friends and family know about my experience

This is an excellent property. It was clean, updated fireplace in lobby, fabulous snack collection for all diets. The room was clean and well managed. The front desk staff was very kind. The food options around the hotel were numerous and a mall is right around the corner within walking distance. Best stay so far. The bed was a little firm for my taste but all in all a great place to stay!
