The smell in he room was so strong it was nauseating. I think a mixture of Fabliosa and Pine-Sol was poured on the table tops and never wiped off. I had to use a wet washcloth because you could see the residue on all the counters. The bed was not comfortable. And they used the cheapest coffee, unlike any of their sister hotels.

There were problems with the door locks and handles, in the first room the air didn’t work,we had to be moved from one room to another. Door lock and entry were problematic for both rooms, one room wouldn’t lock the other room the door handle wouldn’t open the door. The fire alarm was set off in the middle of the night,which was scary to say the least. Management tried to be helpful. Management was going to give me a comp but unable to due to the fact that I paid through Expedia . Management said they would contact Expedia to try to arrange a refund or compensation for our stay. We will not be staying there again in the near future.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was standard and the area was clean. Our room was NOT clean. The bathroom was dirty- there was hair on the floor in 3 different places along with visible urine to the side of the toilet and the floors were visibly dirty and sticky. There were no extra linens for the pull out couch. The rest of the room was fine.
