The room was spacious. Very clean not dingy or dated. 5****.. We enjoyed our stay. I ALWAYS STAY NEAR DOWNTOWN DECIDED TO STAY ON THE OUTSKIRT. GLAD I DID VERY CONVENIENT AND ON ONLY 13 -20MIN AWAY from Canal street.

Although the staff and facilities were nice, the bed was hard as a rock. That's why I gave it a 1 star rating, plus being next to the entry ramp to I-10, was extremely noisy.

Room 503 bathroom smelled like sewer gases was leaking into room from vent. We were tired and of course ready to relax and we here the words sorry we can’t find your reservation. I start going back through emails trying to find confirmation number. Finally I found it so I stand in line again and the lady said oh I found it. I was five feet away from her trying to find our reservation and she couldn’t tell me that she already found it.

Staff was great and very helpful. Our room was nice size, the beds were comfortable. The floor was a little dirty by the window. In the bathroom, the toilet flushed; just needed to be held down longer than usual. Breakfast was good; good variety.
