North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood that’s perfected the art of living. “Welcome to Mid-City,” read the signs on the neutral ground. And that’s truth in advertising. It’s the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-City’s dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a po’ boy shop or two – or 17 – with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldn’t want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here.

Living space
Natural light pours through the windows of this generously sized condo, giving the common areas a warm, open feel. Ceiling fans keep things breezy, and central air conditioning and heating ensure you're comfortable year-round. A dedicated workspace with a door offers a quiet retreat for anyone needing to stay productive during the trip.
Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms each offer a plush bed, quality linens, room-darkening shades, and a Smart TV - giving every guest their own space to unwind. The layout sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably, and walk-in closets and additional clothing storage keep things organized throughout your stay. Three full bathrooms mean no waiting in line to get ready for a big night out.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a casual breakfast to a full group dinner. You'll find a Frigidaire stainless steel electric stove, Frigidaire single oven, Frigidaire refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee machine. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a baking sheet are all on hand. A dining table brings everyone together, and a private balcony is the perfect spot to take your morning coffee before a day of exploring.
Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms are stocked with the essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hair dryers. A bathtub is available for a longer soak after a full day out, and hot water is always ready when you need it.
Outdoor living
The gated backyard opens onto a shared outdoor pool available year-round, open 24 hours, heated from October through February, and stocked with pool toys for guests of all ages. Outdoor furniture and lounge chairs give you a place to relax between swims, and a BBQ grill makes al fresco dining easy on warmer evenings. Free parking on the premises takes the stress out of getting around, with additional free street parking nearby.
Family & extras
Traveling with little ones? A pack 'n play and folding high chair are available upon request, and babysitter recommendations are on hand if you need a night out. In-unit washer and dryer, an iron, a safe, and hangers cover the practical day-to-day needs. Safety features include exterior Ring security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are also welcome.
Neighborhood
Situated steps from the Endymion parade route, this Mid-City location puts the best of New Orleans within easy reach. The Canal Streetcar stop is a short walk away, connecting you to the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, and Frenchmen Street without the need for a car. Trader Joe's, the Lafitte Greenway bike path, and major hospitals are all nearby - making this a practical and well-positioned base no matter what brings you to the city.
