Hotel is new and next to a lot of restaurants on veterans. Rooms were clean and the area was safe. I just wish the staff were a little warmer in hospitality. Sure it was carnival season but…. I also booked reserve now pay later. About a month before my arrival they took half for deposit. Tried to explain but to no avail.
