staff was very friendly attentive. Property location can be a little noisy at night. This was mostly street noise. Rooms are becoming a little dated and hot water was not readily available. It took almost 10 minutes for the water temperature was adequate for use.

The staff were courteous. It took a very long time to get hot water on the 15th floor. A very large amount of water was wasted waiting for the hot water. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years when I come to NOLA for a conference/exhibition and the rooms are starting to look rundown. Sorry
