There was no hot water, so I had to take a cool shower. Also, the air conditioning unit was making super loud noises, so we had to turn it off. In addition, we have a large pickup and had to pay 52.00/night for parking with valet, no choice as it was downtown so nowhere else to park. Staff were very friendly! They were the highlight of our stay!

The rooms were very nice! The breakfast was great the stay also came with 2 free drinks each night at happy hour. The staff were all great and so nice. It is in a great location, my 12 year old son and I stayed here and we walked everywhere and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Service and Convenience in New Orleans

We had a great time at the Embassy Suites New Orleans. We came to New Orleans to see the National WWII Museum. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the museum and riverfront. The hotel's staff is great - everyone is very helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Included was breakfast and happy hour! At breakfast you could have made to order eggs. Just great! Definitely recommend.

I stay at this property every time I’m in New Orleans. I have brought my Service dog with me 2xs and never was asked a thing about her. TBH is time I assume she was the manager said there would be a $75 cleaning fee. I told her they have never charged this before and she said I had no choice. I looked this up and there so be no charges for a service animal anywhere ! I am going to contact Hilton and explain what happened and hopefully get a refund on th is charge!
