A few things: - Breakfast was not included. This was quite surprising. The only thing more surprising than not having the free continental breakfast was the cost of the breakfast. - With the Hilton name being associated, I expected more from the facility. It wasn't terrible, but I've stayed in nicer hotels that didn't carry the Hilton name. - Lastly, there were some small things. The TV didn't work and I requested an additional glass and surprisingly I couldn't get another glass.

My rooms ceiling was falling apart, looks like water damage. Strands of hair all over the place. The closet door was broken and safe was broken too. Could not protect my belongings. The housekeeping staff just enter your room without any warning way before checkout. If check out is at 11 why are you at my door at 7:30?? It’s close to the airport.. that’s it
