The bathroom was very dirty and there was a lot of hair left behind, which made the space feel unclean. The room was also very noisy(OUTDOORS), making it difficult to relax or sleep. Additionally, the bed made a lot of noise every time I moved, which was uncomfortable and disruptive. Overall, the stay was disappointing due to cleanliness and noise issues.

The room was clean on arrival, however I will note at first we didnt think the door lockrd, but we later found out you just had to slam it to close it all the way. The water once filled up had a slight yellowish tint. The bed was also uncomfortable and they only had 3 small pillows for a king g sized bed

The room was spotless. The staff promptly replied to my requests. All the staff was extremely friendly. It's not a hotel I normally would book, but it was reasonably priced last minute stay. I felt safe, plenty of lighting and convenient parking.
