IAfter an extremely long day of driving from Savanah,Georgia we arrived at this Comfort Inn in Slidell, La. What a blessing to arrive to a clean room. I found the beds very comfortable, even the pillows were nice. Checkin in and checking out was a breeze. Although we didn’t partake of the free breakfast I did stop by for some coffee. The breakfast offerings were standard. Plenty of selections.

The air conditioning thermostat setting is very slow For air conditioner temperature control. When I ask front desk she said as per policy she can’t help or changing the room. The sink drain is not working. I will never book again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We arrived about 7 p.m. A women was outside on her phone. We entered the lobby and it was empty. We rang the bell on the counter, waited, rang it again then called out. It was about three minutes. My husband went outside to ask the lady where the clerk was...it was her. She said she was on break but came in and checked us in The rooms were great, comfortable bed and pillows, very clean. Nice breakfast the next day.
