Bywater’s creative energy lives in this two-bedroom condo from the moment you step through the door - mid-century furnishings, curated local art, and a striking New Orleans map mural make the space feel less like a rental and more like a well-considered home. Four guests sleep in king beds across two full bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen is stocked for proper cooking, and one of the city’s most creative neighborhoods starts right outside.
Living space
Mid-century furnishings and original artwork fill the main living space, each piece chosen to reflect the character of the city. A TV, dedicated workspace, and both Wi-Fi and Ethernet connection keep things running whether you’re in downtime or on deadline. Room-darkening shades let you set your own morning pace.
Sleeping arrangements
King beds and luxe linens in both bedrooms mean four guests can count on a proper night’s rest. Families travelling with small children will find a Pack ‘n play and high chair available. Both bathrooms are well-stocked - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer throughout - with a bathtub on hand for a proper soak after a long day.
Kitchen & dining
The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a slow breakfast to a proper dinner: stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, a coffee maker with complimentary coffee, wine glasses, a toaster, baking sheet, and hot water kettle. Eat at the dining table or take it to the private third-floor balcony, where outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area make a relaxed spot above the street. An in-unit washer and dryer are also on hand for longer stays.
Building amenities
The building features an elevator, free gated parking, and self check-in via smart lock for an easy, independent arrival. A BBQ grill is available in the shared courtyard for outdoor cooking. Exterior security cameras are positioned throughout the building’s common spaces - the lobby, courtyard, and elevator - but there are no cameras inside the unit. A courtyard pool and onsite gym are also available to guests.
Location
Bywater is one of New Orleans’ most creative and energetic neighborhoods, and this condo places you at its center. Crescent Park - the city’s riverside green space - is steps away, while acclaimed spots like Bacchanal Wine and The Joint are within easy walking distance. Coffee shops, art studios, and independent restaurants fill the surrounding streets. The French Quarter is less than two miles away, close enough for a scenic walk through neighborhoods that feel unlike anywhere else.

We are a 10 minute drive or a 5 minute walk to the bus line to the French Quarter and Downtown! Uber/Lyft ranges from $7-10 to Bourbon St!
