Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was clean, but the hallway needs more frequent cleaning. My room was next to a water heater which sometimes made noise, but we got it attenuated with the AC unit running. The bathroom fan extractor was sometimes very loud. The TV turned on randomly and as a result we unplugged it at night. The AC unit was under the curtain resulting in a shorter curtain that did not darken the room well. The location was great and surprisingly quiet. Parking spots are limited and very compact including for a standard sedan. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

We arrived at the hotel after disembarking from our cruise ship and was surprised to find that we were able to check into our rooms early. The staff was wonderful, very friendly & helpful. Particularly Darlene at the front desk, she was totally awesome, accommodating and very knowledgeable. I didn't have much interaction with the other lady at the front desk but she was friendly. Calvin from breakfast was great too. Food was excellent! Wonderful homemade biscuits. The lobby was inviting and comfortable and we were allowed to use the tables and chairs to play games and eat our pizza. Darlene even got us paper plates, napkins and cups from the buffet area. Totally loved the genuine southern hospitality from everyone there. We will definitely stay there again! The only negative was when we checked into our room, the toilet had been used by someone and not flushed. We didn't notify anyone, but should have. I just took Lysol wipes to everything. It would have been nice to have more restaurant choices nearby but otherwise it was a great place to stay and right out front was streetcar and bus stops as well as the beautiful Armstrong Park. It is a very convenient location.

Our tv did not work, our safe did not work, and our room did not get cleaned or made up every day. The location was very walkable to bourbon street and French quarter. It was a decent hotel if the staff had just fixed the things that weren't working.

Very well located for visiting the French quarter perfect for walking. The staff were super delightful even gifted me a water bottle for my babies milk. Had an amazing breakfast with amazing staff that kept open a while longer the morning checked in late. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely repeat of visiting New Orleans again.
