All though we did not stay at the original house that was booked, Kristian was very communicative about what happen for the home accommodations to change. She also went above and behind to find my party of 4 another home to stay in with one day of us departing for New Orleans. The good part about the new accommodations it was in New Orleans and close to where we needed to go.
