Our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans was outstanding. From check-in to check-out, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious, very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping everything fresh. We also appreciated how quiet the hotel was at night, which made for restful sleep after long days of exploring. Breakfast each morning was excellent: lots of variety, hot items, and the staff kept everything well stocked and clean. The location was perfect for enjoying New Orleans: close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, but still felt safe and relaxing. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. Great service, cleanliness, and convenience made our trip even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans.

This was my first time staying at the Hamptons Inn and it was truly an experience. The staff was great, we had a variety for breakfast options the hotel was in the heart of Nola. I truly enjoyed my time.

Great stay. Just stay away from sleeper sofa.

Pull out bed sucked. It was very uncomfortable and the springs were were quite prominent when laying on it. Not to mention it was hard to move or get into a comfortable sleeping position. You need to replace the mattress and provide a topper. Because you provide the sofa bed as a sleeping option then it should be just as comfortable as the other sleeping amenities.
