Extremely disappointed with this place! Please please check your room bed & mattresses. They gave us room 210 and it was absolutely shockingly disgusting! The room was dirty, dusty, bugs, old opened beer cans left inside the closet but the worse part was the bed. The sheets looks dirty and stained and after seeing a comment about bed bugs we decided to check the bed sheets closely and the mattress. When we removed all sheets including the mattress protector what we found on the mattress was insane! There was a huge stained that looked like dry blood that covered most of the top part of the mattress alongside with several other stains throughout. We were truly in disbelief. We immediately grabbed our luggage and notified them we did not feel comfortable staying there after what we saw. We were so excited to stay here, we understand the hotel is older and expected the room not to be in this perfect condition, but this was just a disappointment. To top it off, the REFUSED TO REIMBURSE US OUR MONEY!!!!!

Really run down. So much potential but needs a good clean and maintenance. No coffee machines in room although coffee is available in reception. No hot water during our stay but were offered a room swap, just for how long it hasn’t been working or will it ever be fixed don’t know. We were refunded the $9.95 per night fees as compo. Great location, bit grotty oh and it’s haunted. A ghost busters/paranormal tour rocks through around 8 til 10 in the quaint courtyard. If you want something different stay here but not really the best. Would not stay again.

Leroy, in particular, was super helpful and always went out of his way to ensure that our needs were met. Whether we needed recommendations for local restaurants or assistance with navigating the city, he was always happy to lend a hand. The housekeeper was also deserving of special mention. She took great pride in her work, making our room feel welcoming and clean on every request. Her attention to detail was impressive, and she always made sure that our room was stocked with fresh towels and amenities. Throughout our stay, we felt like we were treated like family, and the staff's dedication to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, our experience at the hotel was nothing short of wonderful.

The property was unclean and in very poor condition. Toilet in two rooms would not flush properly and the shower had awful water pressure and would not drain well. The water from my shower the night before was still in the tub when I woke the next day. There was peeling paint on the walls and door, visible dirt on window blinds and walls. I would never stay in this place again. Please do your research before staying.

We had an amazing experience. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room had everything we needed. Quiet, comfortable, dark room and close to everything. We can’t wait to go back again!!
