The staff had a difficult time with checking in a large number guests due to rooms not being ready. Nonetheless, they were calm and extremely kind and professional. So friendly and caring! Well done, ladies!

Uncomfortable Pillows

The stay was good. Staff were friendly. Room was clean but the Pillows were so uncomfortable- way too soft and squishy. You need firmer pillows. I asked for some but the pillows i was given were the same soft pillows - very uncomfortable.

We needed towels at one point, not enough cups or coffee/tea for the coffee machine and the bathroom needed cups also., No bathmat when the room was serviced the one time. TV audio was quite weak, needs a sound bar. The front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool was fantastic.

Excellent stay. The front desk staff were professional, helpful and accommodating-particularly the manager and staff member Candace. The hotel was clean, quiet and easily accessible from the interstate. Will definitely return.
