The room was not very cleaned. The rug have not been shampooed and cleaned in a long time. The receptionist, Patricia was phenomenal. She went above and beyond her duties. And did it with a smile on her face. Patricia is what made the stay honestly awesome.

Upon checking into my room we waited about 20 minutes since there was only 1 staff member on site. When getting settled we noticed the room. Was dirty-sower had pubic hairs on the soap dispensers , floors dirty and worst off the beds had stains and what looked like dog hair under the covers. I called the front desk to get the room cleaned. I was told he was the only staff on site , no cleaning people until the morning. He offered to give us new sheets and blankets but we would have to change ourselves. When I explains that was unacceptable he as able to switch us to a different more suitable room.

Comfortable Stay

Overall I was very satisfied with my stay. Great service super clean room. I was a little disappointed with the small LG TV. Normally your rooms are supplied with the modern flat screen TV. This room had maybe a 27” very old model LG. And just one more small thing- almost every hotel I stay at has at least a small microwave so you can warm up a snack or something at night. Your rooms don’t seem to ever have one available.

Will Never Stay Here ever again

It totally stunk being woken up at 3am by people in the parking lot arguing, revving car engines, and playing loud music. There are absolutely no controls for the parking lot and who congregates there at night. It was also scary that the front desk let a DoorDash driver up to the room of the person who ordered it. I saw this myself in the lobby. Noise wise this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had in life. Moreover, the elevator shook in a scary way when going up to the 2nd floor. Moreover the facility needs more staff. I will never stay here ever again

The staff was fantastic - professional and courteous. My room, the hallways, breakfast area were all very clean. However, the air conditioner in my room was barely working, the elevator shook continuously, the breakfast food was horrible (eggs cold, potatoes, hard as rocks), and the people across the hall from me had marijuana smoke coming out from under the door.

The room size and king bed was very nice. The only complaint I have is the AC unit in the room (#227) was horrible it blew out warm air the 3/4 days I was there. The weather where I was, was in the 80's. Sleeping at night was very uncomfortable. I only used the top sheet to cover up because of the lack of AC.
