Staff was nice. The first floor smelled really bad. Everything is old. I would expect this from an inn, not a Wyndham named hotel. Theres no elevator and tons of stairs. Very limited parking. They did not even have toothpaste or a small shop. Mostly clean. But not that clean.

This room was disgusting!!! Bed sheets had urine stains all over them. I asked for a new set, had to change them myself & they had stains also. Cobwebs on every corner of the room. Every laps shade was destroyed with holes in them. All towels & wash clothes had been used (literally black soot all over them)!!! Food was left in fridge from last guest. Definitely not a safe area either.

Friendly staff and accommodation of special request, but staff announced my room number aloud in front of a male customer standing behind me which made me uneasy as a solo female traveler. The discretion in simply pointing to the room number written on the card holder would have put me at ease. Clean facility and quiet environment to work. Overall wonderful stay. I’d book again for sure.

The desk staff was very friendly. Plus, at the last minute I decided to bring my dog and there was absolutely no problem about that. My one issue was the signs at the front forbidding the dog on the grass which seemed strange since it is a pet-friendly hotel. There was an area to the side, but a sign showing THAT would have been helpful.

The staff were terrible. The person that greeted us at the front was not only extremely rude but racist we decided not to even spend the night the room great of marijuana and cigarette smoke place with a downtrodden. And on top they would not refund or money. We did not even check in it was so bad

Check in was easy and the woman checking us in was lovely! It was downhill from there. The room was large but incredibly outdated with broken furniture and stained sheets and shower curtain. I called to get new sheets and because there was only one staff member working at 10 pm on a Friday night I had to get the sheets myself. While making the bed I discovered those sheets were also stained. Fridge was old and rusty, the chair was visibly filthy and the dresser legs were broken and the drawers wouldn’t stay shut. The door to the room didn’t fit the space so you can see into the hallway while the door is shut! It’s also paper thin so I could hear the conversations from the room across the hallway! They also disabled my key early on checkout day. Found out while loading my car at 9:30am! Highly don’t recommend!
