The house is quite spacious and lovely. Our stay was very quiet as the house is in a residential area. I did have an issue with communicating with the host via the VRBO platform and had to reach out directly to him. Once I messaged him directly response was quick. There was also issues with accessing the house and it took multiple tries in hot Houston weather before I could get in. The house itself is quite nice and roomy. The master is on the main floor and there are 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 with it's own ensuite. My only recommendation is for the host to respond to guests via the platform and to prep a little for guests i.e. sweep up the bug and dust that was on the floor due to the weather seal not covering the bottom of the backdoor, stocking paper towels and dishwasher soap so that we could have started the dishwasher. Other than that, it was a nice stay.
