Everything was clean and very convenient to Gruene and New Braunfels! The floorplan is great with 2 master suites (one downstairs and one upstairs). The manager is great and responds immediately to any questions by email or text. :)

Excellent Stay- big property & great furnishings for

The condo is 2 story and has 2 very large master suites and ample room throughout. Bathrooms and kitchen are very nicely appointed. Plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook. They supplied shampoo conditioner and body soap in the showers. View from the back decks are great. Walking distance to Gruene Hall (.5 mile with ~100 steps or so on a tough uphill). Less than 15 min walk. The only area for improvement is the tricky front door lock. I definitely recommend this property! We had a great time.

LOCATION: This condo was placed right by the heart of Gruene and it was easy to get to all the attractions like Gruene Hall, and The Gristmill, and the river tube rentals are super close as well, you could probably walk to it if you wanted to. The condo is next to the river so you can walk down to it and fish, or wade in it. We got to see deer from our balcony everyday. PARKING: There is a handicap spot for one vehicle and the others are further down the lot maybe 20 yards from the stairs. I think there were a total of 3-4 spots for our own condo, then there were visitor spots as wellCLEANLINESS: SOOOOO CRISP, CLEAN, AND AESTHETIC like the photos look. 10/10 loved it.KITCHEN: Had all the kitchen essentials, even plastic cups for us who are less graceful with glass cups. HOST: the hosts were definitely on top of their communication and made check in smooth and communicated with us each day just to make sure if we needed anything they were available. The only thing that was a little confusing was that they do their booking through vrbo but also use their own booking system so just to be sure I had all my communication straight, i asked them to please also send messages through VRBO as well. They were very friendly and willing to do that. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO FOR LARGE FAMILIES, or larger groups. 10000/10 loved its location and the feel of it.

Overall, great place and was as advertised for the most part. Very clean, well furnished and fairly new building. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything you need (bath products, new fridge, good ice maker, etc). Management company was responsive but missed some basic details like which unit number and parking info. But minor issues. Close to Gruene and New Braunfels access for tubing trip. Downside: no drapes in first floor bedroom so hard to make it dark. Lots of noise from other neighbors and early morning construction traffic but host can’t control those factors. It was a good experience and I would definitely bring my family of 5 here again. Thanks!
