House was great fit for my family. Gorgeous deck with water below. My only problem was the rail out there covered thick in bird feces. We didn’t sit out there because of it. Loved the pool table.

The location was great and we enjoyed the deck overlooking the river. The housekeeping service could improve. Blankets in the bedrooms needed washing. Need new sheets and pillows.

This a very nice place to stay for families. The kids loved the pool table. Getting to Gruene was a breeze - about 5 minutes away. Also, we saw deer in the yard everyday.

Exceeded All Expectations - Lovely Home - Fantastic Location

This home was the perfect vacation choice for two families. Tons of well-appointed space for our group of 12: 4 adults, 8 teens. The property is well-stocked for large groups: plenty of towels, linens and comfy beds for everyone. The well-designed kitchen and pool table were greatly appreciated. Highly recommended!!
