Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Stopping by to check on us when we were sitting at the picnic tables. Room was clean and amenities at property were as described online. Wound stay here again. Location to Gruene was super close.

The staff is the best part. Everyone I encountered was excellent. The property is beautiful. I would choose a different room type to get a different building next time as there is a lot of noise from highway traffic that kept me awake. Would definitely go again but get a different room. Wish my stay had been longer to enjoy the amenities I was in Pecos building

Book a room here and enjoy a large, well appointed plot of land right on the Guadalupe. The rooms are situated in several buildings that are separated by driveways and lighted walkways. There is something for everyone- pool, volleyball, pickleball courts, basketball, cornhole, fire circles, Paddle Texas for kayaks, tubes and paddle boards (affordable) billiards, beers and coffee in the clubhouse, and even a well maintained 4 person barrel sauna so you can sweat it all out and then jump in the river or pool. Very friendly, responsive staff. There are two buildings that face away from the river towards the main road that may offer bargain prices but see if you can book something in the rooms in the buildings closer to the river. Hacienda is right on a major highway so you’ll hear traffic noise but it is not that noticeable except during rush hours. Highly recommend!

Super cute property! Plenty of things to do on site. Staff were friendly and helpful. Ryan was the best!! Would definitely recommend Hacienda. Very small inconvenience’s 1. No full length mirror in the room 2. Beds were amazing. Pillows… not so much.

We were there for a quick, one night stay to see our daughter sing at Gruene Hall. The grounds were very well kept and pretty. The room was updated with great ammenities. The bed and pillows were the best we have had in a hotel in a very long time, and we travel A LOT! The only complaint we had was there are not enough plugs in the room for chargers. I wish we would of had more time to enjoy the rest of the grounds.

Greatness in GRUENE

This place is AMAZING! Dustin and his staff are incredible. They greeted me with enthusiasm, they made rounds to check on the facilities and to converse with the guests and they remembered us by name. The amenities on the property are plentiful and loaded with options. There is a sauna, pickleball, pool, basketball, corn hole, horseshoes, fire pits, billiards and outdoor table games. The property is nestled on the Comal River and it is so peaceful, especially in the evenings; fireside. It is only 2 miles from Gruene proper so a short drive, Uber, or walk away. I am already trying to plan my next visit with friends.

OMG the stay was AMAZING. We stayed with some friends and family for our bachelorette/bachelor trip and had the most amazing time. Staff was so nice, room was super clean and cozy, and Gruene Hall was just 5 minutes away! We will definitely be back!
