Overall a really nicely furnished property. Recently constructed. The property site is on the river; it is a good walk down to the water from building 1. Well lit at night was a big plus. Relatively quiet even with neighbors around. Close proximity to Gruene (7 minutes) and downtown (4 minutes). Local grocery delivery available to the property. The bed was comfortable and the television was good quality. Internet was fast. All the dishes and silverware you’d need for two people then some. Refrigerator had an ice maker too. We’d definitely stay again.
