BE WARNED!! If there is a maintenance issue the call center is in India and you will not get what you need fixed during your stay and it can ruin your vacation. Expedia customer service is also in India. Expedia tried to reach out to the owner with no answer. We had a faulty lock on our unit. We were locked out the first night. Then the lock malfunctioned again and we couldn’t even manually unlock it from the inside! It was a safety concern that ruined our vacation. The property owner and Expedia will not refund your money!! Our whole stay was ruined.
