Welcome to Charlie’s by the Bay, Unit #3, located in the heart of Downtown New Baltimore. This second-level apartment offers 880 sq. ft. of comfortable living space, blending a modern beach vibe.

Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and Smart TV, plus an open-concept living room and kitchen. A workstation desk offers sit-or-stand flexibility. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the unit also includes a private laundry for your convenience.

Step outside to our courtyard for relaxation and fun. Sip a cocktail under the gazebo, gather around the fire pit with music, or grill a steak as the evening comes to a close. Guests can also enjoy cornhole, can-jam, or take a bicycle to explore the area.

New Baltimore is a quiet, safe, and family-friendly town, and from Charlie’s, you’ll be just a short walk to bars, restaurants, boutique shopping, and the local beach with a children’s playground. Seasonal festivals add to the small-town charm throughout the year.
