Rooms were clean bathrooms were also very clean Host was super great there is not any very big pans to cook with or any sheet pans in the kitchen but other than that everything was super great ! If in the area agin will definitely book again !

House was very clean in the inside but the outside was not taken care of. Grass was probably 6 inches long, garbage was overflowing. They did come take care of garage after we asked them too. There was only 1 towel person and 1 wash clothe per 2 people. No hand towels, no dish towels, no salt and pepper, No baking dishes or large pans.The upstairs sink was leaking, the kitchen door has a 1/2 inch gap underneath it and there is still a shovel and ice melt on the front porch from winter. Also washer and dryer advertised but there is not one on site. If you are a light sleeper not a good place for you as there is a lot of traffic and you hear it all night. Have stayed in a lot of rentals and this one was probably the worst yet. Place was clean just not prepped for guest to have a comfortable stay.

The house was obviously newly renovated and all of the bedding, towels, and kitchen were very clean. However, the way they have the approximate location set was a little misleading. We were expecting to be more in the middle of the radius rather than the very outer edge on a busy road with lots of noise - no ear plugs were provided. Some of our group members were a bit scared about the cars out all night since we could not access the garage on the property. The shower upstairs never heated up beyond freezing cold and all 7 of us had to share the shower downstairs. Some of the chairs in the kitchen had nails sticking out that cut a few of group members. We could not find a couple of the amenities listed, like hair dryers for example and some things were broken like toilet paper holders and doors not being able to fully shut. The expectations based on the property description were a bit disappointing but it was very clean.
