The staff were very friendly. Our only advise would be about the music selection within the common areas. The music for breakfast and for dinner could be differerent. The room (junior suit ours) was very comfortable with nice view. We comfortably recommend this hotel.

We received excellent service from all of the staff. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the hotel is beautiful. It is easy to get to and is centrally located to most attractions, like to hot air balloon rides. Overall this was an excellent stay and 10/10 service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious, the property was intimate with an expansive lobby to sit and relax in. The breakfast didn't offer a lot of variety, and wish there were healthier options / bigger portions for things like yogurt with fruit.

Newly renovated.facilities very new. Excellent and helpful staffs with smiles. We had a lucky day as the balloons flew very close to our hotel. Breakfast is good with the traditional Turkey breakfast. Only 2 small issues. Only one small elevator that fit 2 persons. We had to check out @6:30 am so have to move own luggage’s to lobby. There are a few places with 1-2 inches uneven floor where people can easily trip over. This is still one of the best hotel in the area. This is to me better value than the Museum hotel which is best and the most expensive hotel in the area.

Interesting art on the walls. Very helpful staff. Our room was sadly a bit dark, with just one window that forced us to choose between privacy and light. But the room was spacious and comfortable at the service was excellent from arrival to departure.

Lovely hotel with great staff. The hot air balloon views aren’t prime at sunrise, though they do pass overhead a bit later. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite, but early morning noise (music and dogs from balloon pickups) did wake us up.

My fiance and stayed at the sacred mansion on the signature suit with a private terrace. The overall experience was great except an issue we encountered. If you stay at the signature suit with the private terrace be very careful about other guest coming into your private terrace. Our fist morning we woke up early to see the hot air balloons from our terrace when we walked outside in our robes we say other hotel guests in our private terrace taking photos and sitting in our chairs. We asked them to leave as it was private. They came through a gate that separates our terrace from the common terrace, the gate was not locked at all. We complaint at the reception and they didn't do anything other than apologize. The last day before our checkout I had another guest try to come to our terrace and when I told him it was private, he got upset and started yelling. My fiance and I went back to the lobby and this time we were very angry and asked that they had to do something, either place a sign at the gate or put a chain lock, we paid a lot for the signature suit for guest to keep trying to access our private terrace. About 20 minutes later the receptionist came and placed a lock at our gate. This should have been done since the first time we complaint. If you stay at the signature suit make sure they lock that gate or place a sign, otherwise you will experience guests walking in to your private terrace that has access to your suit, if they back door is unlocked people can walk inside.

What was not to love! From the moment we pulled up to the entrance you can not help but be impressed with this stunning hotel. The staff are all super helpful and friendly from front of house to wait staff and cleaners everyone is cheerful and polite. The rooms are beautiful with everything you need. I can not wait to go back and have not stopped recommended this hotel to anyone looking to staying in Cappadocia.

This hotel is exquisite! We came here for a 3 night stay and were so impressed by the attention to detail, attentive staff and comfortable rooms. We got the king suite with the balcony and the view in the morning of the hot air balloons was INCREDIBLE!!! The breakfast is generous and beautifully presented. We got a massage & hammam treatment and it was such a unique experience we would highly recommend it. There are also cats all over the property that we fed which was such a cute little bonus.

It’s great but the only thing is the ac in our room didn’t work well. The staff gave us a fan but that was very loud and didn’t help much. Otherwise, everything was wonderful.
