The first room option we were given (W001) was located in the basement, musky smell, smaller basement windows facing parking lot and trash bins. Second room offered as an option, both windows faced a brick wall. Again, enclosed smell and overall questionable cleanliness. Online check in was annoying after a long day traveling however, staff located off site were friendly and trying to be helpful. Staff onsite were hard to decipher, not helpful due to language barrier. Overall, the main areas of the hotel were not clean nor inviting. I would highly recommend to stay away from that hotel. We left after seeing our second option as a room and stayed at Continental Park in Luzern which was great! A little spendier but totally worth it!

Restaurant staff were amazing! Hotel rooms are very hot & the beds very uncomfortable, but it’s one of the cheapest hotels you can find in Switzerland that isn't an hostel! Bathrooms are nice too for the place. Transportation is easy via bus that comes every 30 minutes.

“I would rate this hotel zero stars if I could. My experience was very disappointing. The room was extremely cold, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the check-in process was complicated and frustrating. Overall, I was very unhappy and would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Self service check in did not work even after the room was supposed to be ready. Did not recieve any code to my room. Luckily the nice staff helped me check in over the phone. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Well cleaned room and nice touch with the complimentary toothbrush and paste.

SANS L'AIDE D'UN CLIENT(suisse) de l'hÎtel, nous n'aurions pas pu obtenir notre chambre. PremiÚre et derniÚre fois que je réserverai avec hÎtels.com Nous constatons qu'il y a eu beaucoup d'erreurs dans la gestion de la réservation. DECEVANT, LAMENTABLE,déhumain, FADE !!! Trés mauvaise expérience.

L’emplacement est agrĂ©able, le parking est pratique, le lit est correct. La chambre et les sanitaires Ă©taient assez petits. Pas de climatisation. ProcĂ©dure de check-in/check-out un peu fastidieuse. Plusieurs points qui tĂ©moignent d’un entretien et d’un mĂ©nage un peu bĂąclĂ©s. Dommage.

Nice stay, on the go to next step

Nice and calm, selfcheckin was easy. No breakfast but bakery nearby, and coffee in the room. Fridge and cooler available, full kit hen and dishwasher. Nice restaurant in the same building
