What an incredibly good value. Rooms were clean, beds comfy, property beautiful and the beach - wow! All staff were so friendly and helpful. Lifeguards were wonderful and kept the beach vendors at bay. Fast recovery post hurricane and property is in a perfect location!

Property was clean and well kept. There are two sides, the garden side and beach side which is separated by a road. We had a deluxe room on the beach side which was more than big enough for three of us. Room was clean, beds comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The beach and dining area are great and perfectly sized.

This was an amazing stay. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and the amenities were excellent. The staff at the White Sands were amazing. Everyone was very helpful and informative. The hotel’s located on the Seven Mile strip and so we were really in the thick of all the action. The beach was the biggest selling point and it did not disappoint, the most gorgeous sunsets. The restaurant located on the property was very good and the prices was affordable. Paul, Ice, Bubbles, Michelle and the general manager Miss Allen were always ready to assist. Overall, an excellent stay and we’re definitely going back soon.

I was surprised to learn upon my arrival that my room was not on the beach side. Everyday all day crossing across the street. The security guards were very kind. Ms. Bubbles, Ms. Sonia and Ms. Ice were wonderful bartenders and servers. Excellent vibes. I just wish the beach towel situation was a bit better, my advice would be to bring your own beach towel and or buy one from a market when you get down there.

It was a great location, for the fact that its was affordable and in a great location. However, it is not a beach front property. You have to walk across the street to the restaraunt to access the beach. Apart from that, the pool needed to be maintained more and we were not able to freely pick the trees or fruits on the property. However, great staff, very helpful and great internet access throughout the stay. Wish we had a TV in our room, good thing we brought entertainment of our own.

The staff was amazing, the beach was beautiful, and the rooms were kept very clean. Unfortunately, we did not have a TV in our room, and the walls were quite thin. My two friends and I visited for Memorial Day weekend and enjoyed the nightlife, which meant we returned to the hotel late at night. We were asked to keep the noise down, and at one point someone knocked on our door and told us to “shut up,” which felt unprofessional. Additionally, the food could have been better seasoned.

Liked my room! Had some water on the floor because it rained on the first day I was there but room service easy to get and reliable. Staff is helpful, help you to cross the road if you are staying on the garden side. Staff on the beach also helpful and try to help with getting good price for activities. Food in the restaurant is great but a bit expensive depending on your budget (I am a student ) Would have liked to have easy access to a microwave and cellphone in the room to contact the lobby easily.

This hotel is not what it appears to be. There was rust on everything but the bathroom sink. The shower head wasn’t clean enough to feel the full stream of water. The toilet clogged the first hour we were there and of course the front office was closed at 8pm , so there was no help there. Honestly that took the cake. I will not be staying there again.
