Quiet, rustic ground-floor apartment

The newly renovated vacation rental (40 square meters) is located in a brick house on a large property at the end of a quiet street in Liepen. From the large terrace, enjoy the view of the garden with an unobstructed view of the fields. If you want to enjoy nature and peace and quiet while still being close to the Baltic Sea beaches and lakes, this is the place for you. The Peene River (the “Amazon of the North”) is within walking distance—about a 10-minute walk. The beach town of Lubmin is a 45-minute drive away.
- Non-smoking apartment—please smoke only on the terrace.
- No frills: simple, clean, and equipped with everything you need.
- During the cold season, the apartment is heated manually with a wood-burning stove and an electric heater.
- A third person can sleep on the couch (additional 25€/night).
- A free parking space is available right in front of the door on the property.
- Outdoor seating is available.
- There is no tourist tax, and no additional costs apply.
- Subject to availability, an extension is gladly possible upon request (60€/night).
- Our friendly neighbors are always available to answer any questions or address any concerns.
- A baby crib can be provided upon request.
- Kayak rentals are available at the neighboring hotel by arrangement.

We have deliberately chosen not to offer Wi-Fi—we want to give our guests the opportunity to unplug, relax, and enjoy nature.
