The apartment is located on the top floor in the owner's house. It is 57 m² in size and family-friendly furnishings. It consists of a living room with sofa, radio, TV, a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen with a sitting area and a bathroom with toilet and shower. A terrace with barbecue and garden furniture are available. In the yard there is a pool (7mx4m, 1.20 m deep), which can be used. 1 dog (instep height 40 cm) is allowed for EUR 3.00 per day. The apartment is located in Behrenhoff, about 7 km from the Hanseatic and university town of Greifswald. It is quiet at the beginning of the village, on the enclosed grounds of the landlord. The Bay of Greifswald, the romantic fishing village Wieck with the historic wooden bascule bridge and Eldena with the monastery ruins are popular destinations. For swimming you can go to Greifswald / Eldena the lido about 12 km or to Ludwigsburg about 12 km (ideal for small children). Even the natural beach Loissin about 12 km and the seaside resort Lubmin 15 km invite. On cold days, you can have fun in the water park in Stralsund Greifswald or Hansedom adventure. Among the islands of Rügen and Usedom it is not far. In the village there is a tennis court, which can be used for a fee.
