This was our second stay in two weeks. Like the first stay our toilet seemed to had been used and not cleaned before our checking in. This is concerning as it happened on both stays. The restaurant was good and waiter was excellent. The food though….. the fries changed from wedges on the first stay to regular fries on the second and the beef sandwich had 1 slice of beef and about a half of a caramelized onion… inconsistent unfortunately as the same food the prior stay was amazing. Still not having a toilet paper holder nin the toilet room and no place to hand a towel or hand towel is strange as well. You must lay your towel on the floor if you want it near the shower for getting out. Mini bar was empty so there was no option to enjoy anything there. There was however 2 bottles of water in our room this stay. We stayed in the master room 1 on the second floor. Maintainance came to get the tv working as we couldn’t figure it out and the front desk staff said it was a common problem. Great hotel just need to get the details straightened out for a cohesive and carefree stay.

Check in was fast and friendly. Parking garage was convenient. Our room was very spacious. Stayed in master suite 1 1st floor. Room decor and lay is really great to kick back and get comfortable. The mini bar was empty however had the menu of offered items. Seems they are leaving money on the table by not having anything in the room to have the option to take and purchase. Two T.V.s and 1 remote. Neither T.V. was functioning with the remote and the google play attached device. Room service was available we were told but there was no menu or QR code to scan in the room. The toilet unfortunately had not been clean still had urine and hair on the seat. Suggestion would be to have hardware to hang up towels. There are no hooks anywhere. Also no toilet paper holder. Just sits on back of the toilet. Shower drain was slow. Jacuzzi tub was very nice! And the room is great. Just many missing details. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Our waiter was great and the food was delicious. We would hope to return and maybe things would be better for the details.

Very nice hotel, roof garden with 2 pools, hot tubs, restaurants and bar. Rooms spacious with a bar fridge. Bed very comfortable. Very large shower. Would stay there again.
