"Days Like This" has 3 options at different price points available based on # of people in your group. This listing is for the 1st 2 floors—2368 sf of indoor living space & large deck for outdoor dining & relaxing.

We love our neighborhood filled with Caribbean-style homes each unique with it's own flavor. The house is a 3-minute walk from the Gulf and about 3 minutes in the opposite direction from a private beach along the Santa Rosa Sound. You'll be a half-mile from Navarre Beach Fishing Pier and a mile from the underwater sights at Navarre Beach Gulf Snorkel Reef. Restaurants and shops are just down the street, while it's a quick two-mile drive to Navarre Children's Park for a day of family-friendly fun.

All the 1st and 2nd floors except the left garage and a few owners’ and housekeeping closets & drawers are all yours. Please stay off of the stairs leading up to the 3rd floor inside & outside. All of your space is private and inaccessible from other guests.

The main floor boasts 10-ft ceilings, natural wood elements, magnificent molding, floor to ceiling windows, and delightful interior design. Freshly made over in 2021 with light granite tops throughout, refinished hardwood, tiled kitchen, all new furniture, appliances, and more. Spacious, Gulf-facing deck with comfy seating allows for enjoyment of the sea breeze when not on the beach.

* Owner’s family or other guests may be staying upstairs in the 3rd floor apartment during your stay. Your place is completely private & inaccessible from others and though the house is well-insulated you may hear sounds as you would with neighbors in an apartment complex, townhome, or condo.

We enjoy staying at the house and walking to the beach most of the time while we're in Navarre. It's about 5 minute across the bridge into town (when there is no traffic) where you can find groceries, a Walmart, and plenty of restaurants (see our recommendations). Bigger towns like Fort Walton Beach and Gulf Breeze are about 20 minutes away, and the big beach cities of Pensacola & Destin are a 45 minute drive in each direction.

Unlike other rentals we provide enough trashbags, toilet paper, and paper towels for the duration of your stay.

We also provide a beach towel in addition to bath towels for each of your guests and a beach cart!

We welcome pets, but there is a $40 one-time fee per pet and ask that you please dispose of waste anywhere on our property or neighborhood.

Early check-ins and late check-outs can usually be accommodated with 24 hours notice with a $75 fee when we do not have a same-day check-in or check-out. If this has not been arranged and guests are not completely checked out when our housekeepers arrive at 10:00, $75 will be charged and $50/hour after.

Hurricane season is June 1 through November 30 with the peak in September to early October. If our place is damaged due to a storm and we are unable to host you, of course we will fully refund your cost and let you know as soon as we know. If you make the tough decision to cancel your beach trip due to a potential storm or inclimate weather we can provide a refund of the cleaning fee but the reservation cost will be your responsibility.

Some guests have purchased travel insurance through their insurance company to cover the reservation cost in case of inclement weather.

The following does NOT apply to reservations made on Airbnb (who has their own vetting & resolution process). For all other booking platforms, guests are required to complete our pre-arrival process including a photo of a valid ID, signing our rental conditions, and submitting a valid credit or debit card to be pre-approved for a security deposit (card will not be charged just authorized in case of damage or rule violation). This process needs to be completed before check-in.
