You agree to indemnify and hold harmless from any and all liability (active or passive), damage, personal injury, or loss the owner Emily Darling and her home, its owners, management or employees, the lessor and/or property owners from any harm or injury caused by using the equipment or the property leased in this contract. You and your guests agree to use the house, and grill completely at your own risk.

Monthly: $2,900 + VRBO fees and taxes. Furnished, all utilities, linens, lawn service, pest control, and bi-weekly housekeeping service included.
