"Check in was a zoo… room was not ready til 2-3 hours after check in time. Gave complimentary drinks at the bar but no bartender therefore no drinks were served…it’s a shame because I have stayed here before and had no problems… Hope they resolve the staff/management issue."

"This stay was a total disappointment for us. The property had recently changed ownership and obviously had been allowed to run down. The room decor and furniture was decades old. It needed a deep clean. I paid extra for a room with a view of the Mississippi. There was one small sight line of the river. The breakfast area was the only bright spot. It was clean and the meal tasty. I hope new management gets it right. "
