It was good overall, I'm giving it 4 stars because there was a very annoying issue regarding the door key. It would need reprogramming almost every day, and it was really frustrating when I got the the door at the third floor and realised it wasn't working. It's rated 3.5 out of 5 stars and I think the rating is accurate.

Quero registrar que a equipe do hotel é excelente, elogio especial ao Neto, funcionário da recepção, que nos atendeu de forma cortês, proativa e eficiente. Gostei muito do quarto, limpo e cama confortável, otima localização. O Cafe da manhã durante os 7 dias que fiquei foi o mesmo ,a sanduicheira muito ruim uma fila enorme para esquentar um pão e quem esquenta são as funcionarias, e acaba que não esquenta pq a sanduicheira é ruim não fecha.Eu fiquei no terceiro andar e precisa pegar 2 elevador para chegar lá, muito confuso perdir dentro do hotel varias vezes.
