O quarto é bem confortável, com uma varanda com uma bela vista lateral da praia, o café-da-manha é fabuloso, com grande diversidade de opções. O que ficou a desejar foi a internet no quarto e no arredor, que praticamente não funcionava e quando não funcionava tinha que Sair do quarto

Ótimas instalações, quarto e banheiro amplos, vista privilegiada para o mar e um excelente café da manhã, com várias opções. Porém faço uma ressalva, referente a cobrança do ESTACIONAMENTO de R$ 20,00 (vinte reais) a diária, sem que houvesse aviso prévio, no momento do pagamento antecipado das diárias. Confesso que me sentir lesado e paguei pra não perder o brilho da viagem. É um tremendo desrespeito com o cliente, cobrar uma taxa sem que houvesse um combinado inicialmente!!!

Reservei um quarto superior com vista para o mar, porém a vista era predominantemente para a vegetação, sendo possível enxergar o mar apenas ao longe. Além disso, o quarto ficava em um nível inferior do hotel, acessível apenas por escadas, o que foi bastante inconveniente considerando que estávamos com malas pesadas. As camas eram duras, não havia secador de cabelo no banheiro e a vazão de água do chuveiro era fraca. A televisão era pequena para o tamanho do quarto, embora o espaço em si fosse bom. Por outro lado, os funcionários foram atenciosos, o bar da piscina é agradável e o café da manhã, apesar de simples, atende ao básico. Academia com muito pouco equipamento.

Gostaria de relatar minha experiência que foi agradável local muito bom para descansar e relaxar. porém o que me chamou a atenção foi no ato do check in na recepção não gostei do termo utilizado ao ser recebido , ao chegar na recepção percebi uma certa má vontade ao me atender , o mesmo que não busquei saber o nome , me olhou e disse fala aí chefe , um tom que não deveria ser usado para receber um hóspede , na hora olhei bem pra ele e falei bom dia é reserva , não sei se o mesmo me confundiu , mais palavras no atendimento como bom dia ou boa tarde e em que posso ajudar são essenciais , deixo meu feedback sobre o episódio em questão, mais o local é maravilhoso
