O quarto não foi o esperado, não pelo tamanho, sim pelo conforto. Com muito sacrifício consegui mais 2 travesseiros. Os 2 existentes não eram satisfatórios. Solicitei sabonete líquido para a responsável pela arrumação, nada foi feito. Tomei banho com shampoo. Colchão muito desconfortável. Nunca fique no 1º andar. Você tenta repousar em suas férias e é obrigado a acordar todos os dias às 6:00h devido ao barulho no restaurante exatamente abaixo. Mesas e cadeiras sendo arrastadas até às 9:30h. Impressionante. Nunca mais.

a localização do hotel é ruim, não tem nada perto e é em uma rua sem movimento. Os quartos são confortáveis e e linpos, o chuveiro no fim de tarde só tem água fria e a piscina fica gelada e na sombra. o café da manhã é ok, mas alguns itens não tem reposição, então se for tomar café 1h antes do fim sua experiência não será a mesma.

O Hotel tem boa estrutura de instalações e o café da manhã e muito bom. Infelizmente no critério LIMPEZA o hotel deixou a desejar, sem que ela fosse realizada no quarto em nenhum dos três dias de minha hospedagem. Até o funcionário da recepção admitiu que eu estava com a razão e me forneceu algumas toalhas. Fica o registro!
