Hotel is far from the airport (50 real cab fare), but there just didnt seem to be any hotels closer. also the walls are paper thin(almost all walls in brazilian hotels are) and you can hear the next rooms TV clearly. Very friendly and helpful staff though

Fui muito bem atendido pela equipe de funcionários do LUMAR PONTA NEGRA, tanto da recepção, camareiras e serviço de café da manhã. Tive também um excelente atendimento da gerência do LUMAR PONTA NEGRA na pessoa da senhora JULIA, que muito me apoiou numa questão famíliar. Excelente atendimento prestado e ambiente geral do LUMAR PONTA NEGRA muito cortez. Voltarei a me hospedar com minha família.

Já havia me hospedado há 5 anos na pousada por isso voltei. Mas não foi como antes, mudou a administração do hotel. E muito pode ser feito para melhorar, falta manutenção, quarto com cortina com cheiro de mofo, barata no meu quarto, vi outras mortas no corredor, lâmpada queimada da arendela do meu quarto, ombrelones quebrados na área da piscina, transmitiram desleixo, luz do banheiro da piscina não funciona. Cobram taxa para toalha extra, coberta, e bebidas extras e tem que ser paga na hora não pode ser pago ao final da estadia. No meu quarto tv não era smart, só descobri que outros quartos tinham pq fiz mais duas reservas para parentes em outro quarto. Quando solicitei a troca demoraram 03 dias para mudar a tv...limpeza é a alternada dia sim, outro não, não vi essa informação clara quando fiz a reserva. Café da manhã bom, atende ao valor tarifa mas poderia melhorar, cestos de pães quebrados, limpeza de prateleira que estava suja, sanduicheira demoraram dias pra tirarem o queijo grudado, bolo saboroso mas maioria queimados o fundo. Não possui ferro para passar roupa. De bom: localização, o conforto da cama, simpatia e disposição dos funcionários, tamanho do quarto, ter frigobar, estética do hotel.

O status do hotel é fantástico. Café da manhã muito gostoso. A localização do hotel é muito boa porém ele está precisando de um cuidado maior nas instalações. Precisa de muitos reparos no prédio no mobiliário e nas roupas de cama e banho. O hotel fica numa área linda uma paisagem deslumbrante e hotel que com uma boa intervenção sai de estrelas para constelação.

O hotel tem um bom custo benefício, faltam apenas alguns detalhes. A limpeza do banheiro estava mal feita e o estacionamento é pago (o que deveria estar explícito no anúncio). O hotel fica em um local bom, próximo a praia de Ponta Negra e ao morro do careca, pontos turísticos da cidade. A camareira é muito simpática e educada.

O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura e localização excelente! Os quartos são bem limpos, chuveiro bom, as toalhas e os travesseiros são péssimos. Café da manhã é deplorável! Frutas tiradas do congelador e todas passadas, tudo o q tem disponível não está fresco, o bolo feito de massa pronta, as bolachas todas já quebradas, impossível comer lá. Mas o pior acho q é o atendimento! Ao solicitar uma troca de quartos para duas pessoas em camas separadas, mesmo sendo uma segunda feira fora de temporada com inúmeros quartos disponíveis, queriam q pagasse uma taxa a mais(50% valor da diária). Faltou boa vontade em agradar o cliente q poderia voltar.

O quarto estava limpo e organizado, as camas eram confortáveis, mas acho que o lençol poderia ser um pouco mais grosso para usarmos a noite. O atendimento da recepção foi ótimo, me responderam sempre com muita disposição e resolveram tudo que precisei. O local está muito próximo a praia de Ponta Negra, quase beira mar, o que é ótimo! Mas o café da manhã foi o que me fez não ter uma experiência 100%, eles tem potencial, mas precisam fazer ajustes de qualidade, os pães estavam secos, os bolos sem sabor, as frutas nas são variadas, a tapioca fica murcha por não ser feita na hora e o café estava muito fraco, então como eu disse, precisam ajustar algumas coisas. Ah, e poderiam deixar o estacionamento como cortesia para os hóspedes, já que é apenas uma vaga de calçada e não um espaço coberto.

Pessimo custo benefício! Cheguei por volta das 18h20min, recebi a informação que as acomodações em andar mais alto não tinha água quente no chuveiro, ao ser acomodada no térreo o quarto não tinha mesa e cadeira (e esse foi um detalhe que observei na reserva pq estava viajando a trabalho). Pedi para a recepção resolver, enquanto isso comecei minha reunião virtual no meio do corredor. Depois fui acomodada em outro quarto, porém com cheiro forte de mofo e cama nada convidativa a dormir, além de poeira na cabeceira e luminárias. Há um revestimento nas paredes que estão mofados. A TV tinha uma mancha enorme na tela, as janelas do banheiro são relativamente grandes, baixas, viradas para o corredor e sem tranca (extramamente inseguro). Foi cobrado taxa de 30,00 reais de estacionamento (não tinha a informação na reserva) para o carro ficar na calçada, em espaço aberto e sem coberta. O banheiro mal conservado com vazamento na pia. O café da manhã começa tarde (7h00), porém é bom e relativamente variado.

O hotel é bem localizado, mas necessita de manutenção: assento sanitário velho e amarelado, porta do quarto com varios furos. Alem disso, cobram tudo por fora: toalhas para piscina, travesseiro. Ficamos no primeiro quarto, então havia muito barulho ate tarde e logo cedo.

Hotel com aspecto de velho. Não tem opção de almoço ou jantar. Não tem espaço kids. Área ao lado da piscina que poderia ser utilizada como área extra de lazer com playground, quadra de esportes ou outra ideia estava coberta de mato. Os funcionários foram bem atenciosos. Café da manhã básico poderia ser melhor.
